The phone booth is a private, fully collapsable, sound proof(ish) phone booth for you to have the conversations you wish you had.
IT ASK THE QUESTION: IF GIVEN THE CHANCE TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND TALK TO SOMEONE WHO IS NO LONGER AROUND, WHAT WOULD YOU SAY?
Conversations I Wish I Had opened at Little Space gallery in Los Angeles in July 2017. Since its launch, it has been featured on the podcast Women on the Road by She Explores, was the subject of a radio broadcast by KQED, and recently made it's museum debut at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History. People have used the space to talk to estranged family, past lovers, people who have died, grandparents living with memory loss, victims of tragedy, people they've never met but feel connected to, past family pets.

Bringing together natural elements, clean lines and soft colors, the phone booth draws people in with warmth and curiosity. Decorated with airy plants, while linen curtains, and a vintage blue phone, the design of the space invites conversations of all kinds - the happy, the sad, the angry, the [you name it] . A favorite of all who step inside is the booth is a hand-bound and custom lettered book of call prompts that was made in collaboration with artist + designer Vanessa Hernandez.
